Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume sales, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please use your tracking number for the most up-to-date information regarding your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Peaceful Sensory is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience any shipping issues after your package has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refused deliveries, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
